1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TRACO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TRACO provides real-time price alerts, trade journaling (Vault), analytics, and related tools for traders. The Service includes free and paid tiers (Starter ₹99, Pro ₹149, Ace ₹299 per month). Plans are activated manually after UPI payment verification. No subscriptions, no auto-renewals.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old and legally capable of entering contracts. By using TRACO, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
One account per person. Device fingerprinting is used for trial abuse prevention.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Free Trial

7-day Starter trial for new accounts that never had a paid plan.
One trial per phone number, device, and IP (max 2 trials/IP).
Trial grants Starter features only. No credit card required.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments via UPI to the displayed UPI ID. Amounts: Starter ₹99, Pro ₹149, Ace ₹299 per month.
Activation within a few hours of verification. Owner coupon codes may grant Pro free.
No refunds on activated plans. The trial is free — test before paying.

TRACO is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. All alerts, analytics, and market data are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, or an offer to trade any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading carries substantial risk of loss.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect: email, phone (trial), device fingerprint, trade/alert data, IP address, UPI transaction references.

9. Intellectual Property

TRACO name, logo, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRACO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Version history maintained.
